Gears of War Canals Hints and Tips



*The most balanced and probably best strategy for this map is to split the team evenly and send one group to the canal and the other group to the Halls.

*You can try sending a full team rush into the canals to get the Longshot and Torque Bow. Watch out for your opponent to be doing the same thing.

*Another idea is to send most of your team into the canals, with 1 player going into the Halls to watch your flank and attempting to flank the enemy.

*You can also have success by sending your whole team into the halls or all but one into the halls and going for a flank. This will catch many teams offguard. To help this out, you can even send 1 player towards the canals to make it look like you are trying to get the Longshot and Torque Bow.

*Also, this is a great map for the longshot sniper rifle due to the way it is set up. Having a good sniper will give your team a big advantage on this map.
